Cameroon's public hospital pyramid, derived from the administrative structure: 10 regional hospitals (one per région), 60 district hospitals (one per département) and 360 CMAs — Centres Médicaux d'Arrondissement, one per arrondissement. Positions are administrative centroids, not surveyed facility locations; 68 nodes sit within 25 km of a hospital recorded in the MINSANTE 2023 annuaire and are drawn solid, the rest translucent. This models the expected public network, it does not replace a facility register.
